  • The app does not collect raw credit card numbers or process payments; the 'last4' field is a label the user enters manually.
  • Location fields in Mileage Log and Time Punch are free text the user types (e.g., a job-site name), not GPS/device location, so they are classified as Other User Content rather than Precise or Coarse Location.
  • No crash data, performance data, or product-interaction analytics are collected by the app code itself.
  • Receipt scanning transmits the receipt image to a third-party AI model (via Base44's InvokeLLM integration) to extract merchant, amount, date, and category. Only the extracted fields are stored; the photo remains in the app's file storage.
